Pricing

Transparent, published pricing, and as fixed-fee as we can make it. You do not pay for tokens. World class models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Groq are included.

Assist-X is $55 per engineer, per month, with a ten engineer minimum. XOP Command is $500 a month and covers five managers, which is also its minimum. Both Voice-X agents are priced on their own below. Agent-X does not have a price yet, and this page says so rather than implying one.

Assist-X

$55

per engineer, per month.

The unit is an engineer, not a seat, because an engineer is who the time comes back to. You are not paying for your clients’ staff.

Ten engineer minimum.

XOP Command

$500

per month, five managers included.

Flat rather than per head, because Command is read by your leadership and not by your desk. Five licenses cover most MSPs’ leadership outright.

Five managers, which is also the minimum.

Voice-X transcription

20 hours a month are included, for the whole tenant rather than per engineer, so licensing more engineers does not change the allowance. Past it, transcription is billed in 20 hour blocks at $120 each.

Voice-X inbound agent

$200 a month, including 200 calls, then $100 for each additional block of 100. AI answered phone intake and triage for the calls nobody reached, with caller verification by SMS or email included rather than sold as an add-on.

The minimums are counts rather than dollars: ten engineers on Assist-X, five managers on Command, and none at all on Agent-X. There is no minimum per client of yours.

Whether it is worth it

10x

ROI (minimum).

Assist-X hands an engineer back 45 to 60 minutes a day, which is 180 to 240 hours a year. At a fully loaded engineer cost of $55 an hour that is $9,900 to $13,200 of recovered capacity, against $660 of platform. We publish 10x rather than what that divides to, because a number you have to defend to your own board should be the conservative one.

Put the other way: at $55 a month against a $55 hour, this pays for itself if it saves fifteen minutes a week. Everything past that is margin, and the same team carries more clients without hiring.

Every vendor claims two hours a day and buyers discount it on sight, so Assist-X names exactly where the minutes come from. Check each one against your own desk.

What is included

No tiers, no feature gates.

There is no version of this where the useful part costs extra. Everything Assist-X does is in the per-engineer price, including onboarding.

In the $55, per engineer, per month

  • Assist-X, inside ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA or ServiceNow
  • The transcription agent, on desktop and on mobile
  • Assist-X Mobile, for engineers on site, at no extra charge
  • Ask AI across your tickets and all of your documentation
  • The documentation loop: gaps flagged, drafts written, tracked in the PSA
  • Every ticket read and scored on twelve attributes
  • Agreement checking, and opportunities written back to your PSA
  • Onboarding, and the 4 to 6 hours of your time it takes
  • Support from the people who built it

In the $500, per month

  • Escalations, with weights you set and re-score against
  • Client Health, refreshed daily off live data
  • Engineer Coaching, with skills rated from resolved tickets
  • Scheduler, including filling an engineer's day
  • Five manager licenses

Command needs Assist-X underneath it. The measurement is a by-product of engineers using something that saves them time, so there is no version that works without adoption.

What is not

Priced separately, and said plainly.

The Voice-X inbound agent

A different product doing a different job, so it is priced on its own: $200 a month including 200 calls, then $100 per additional 100, with SMS and email caller verification in it.

Transcription past 20 hours a month

Every tenant gets 20 hours included, however many engineers are licensed. Past that it is $120 for each additional 20 hour block.

Agent-X

Beta from October 2026, and the pricing is still in development. There will be two ways to buy it: unlimited use, sized to the client, or pay per ticket for an MSP that does not yet know its volume. There is no minimum on it.

Rev Ops

The capability runs inside Assist-X today. The dashboard is not built yet, and you are not charged for it.

How most MSPs start

A paid pilot, deliberately narrow.

Not a free trial. A free pilot has nobody accountable for making it work, which is why so many of them never end. A paid pilot on a small group with a real scope tells you something inside a month.

A subset of your engineers
Twenty is typical, not your whole desk. You are proving it on real work, not running a project.
One application, not the platform
Assist-X for engineers. Not the manager views, not inbound voice, not Agent-X. Scope kept small deliberately.
A one-time onboarding fee
Plus the per-engineer monthly for the pilot group.
4 to 6 hours of your labor
API members and permissions, documentation access, and picking who goes first.

What you are actually testing

Whether your engineers will use it. That is the whole question, because everything else on this platform is built on adoption. If the pilot group stops being willing to work without it, you have your answer, and if they do not, you have that answer too and it cost you one month.

You add the rest of the desk when the first group has stopped arguing about it. Engineers are the unit, so the price follows the people.

What you charge is yours

Different unit, different value, your margin.

$55 is per MSP engineer. You resell to your own clients per seat, under your own brand, at whatever you decide it is worth to them. Those are different units against different value, and the spread is yours.

Agent-X can be branded to your MSP, so the application on your clients’ desktops is yours rather than ours. We do not market to their staff and we never will. How the white-label works.

Ask for the number for your desk.

Tell us how many engineers you have and which PSA you run, and you will get the pilot scope and the minimum in one reply. No form, no sequence.
