Which App This Covers

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data for the xop.ai mobile app (Android package com.rezeng.mobile), used by technicians at managed service providers (each, an "MSP") to work tickets, schedules, and time entries.

xop.ai accounts are provisioned and managed by your MSP. xop.ai acts as a service provider / processor on the MSP's behalf — the MSP is the controller of your data. If your account was created by your organization, the fastest path is to ask your MSP administrator to remove your access; they can do this immediately from the admin console. You may also submit a request to xop.ai directly using the steps below.

How to Request Deletion

Email ellen@xop.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

  • The email address you use to sign in to the app.
  • Your organization / MSP name.

We verify the request comes from the account owner (or an authorized MSP administrator), then process it. We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where a longer period is required by law or the Master Services Agreement.

What We Delete

On completion of a verified request, we delete from the xop.ai platform:

  • Your login credentials and authentication record.
  • Your profile (name, email address, role).
  • Your ConnectWise member link and app preferences.
  • Any account data cached on your device (removed when you sign out or uninstall the app).

What Is Retained

Some data is not deleted by xop.ai because it is owned and controlled by your MSP or required for legal and operational reasons:

  • Customer Content — tickets, time entries, notes, and transcripts — lives in your MSP's ConnectWise / PSA system. It is owned by the MSP and is not removed by deleting your xop.ai account. Direct requests about that data to your MSP.
  • Operational and security logs are retained only as long as needed to operate and secure the service or as required by law, then deleted or de-identified.
