   Agent-X runs inside your MSP, on your own staff, so you see what it does before any client does.

2. Months 3 and 4

   Bring in a client, if you want to

   Optionally extend it to one or two of your end-user clients. Entirely your call.

What you need

Microsoft 365, with SSO enabled

Agent-X signs people in with the Microsoft credentials they already have.

Windows desktops

The beta starts on Windows. macOS becomes available during the second half of the beta window.

At least five of your staff using it

Enough real use to tell us something, and to tell you something.

A check-in with us twice a month

A meeting to hear what worked, what did not, and what you need next.
